Mercedes-Benz USA appointed Nicolette Lambrechts VP of customer services, effective Nov. 1, the company announced in a Sept. 4 press release.

The appointment marks Lambrechts’ return to the automaker’s North American leadership team, per the release. She previously served as general manager of sales for vans and managing director of vans for Mercedes-Benz USA.
Adam Chamberlain, president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA, in a statement said Lambrechts’ “global perspective, extensive experience with the brand and proven leadership acumen positions her well to further elevate the customer experience and strengthen connections with our dealer network and customers throughout the ownership journey.”
Lambrechts has been with Mercedes-Benz for more than two decades, spending time across the company’s global operations. She has been the company’s head of vans global sales and marketing operations since July 1, 2024, following a one-year stint in the company’s global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, as head of region overseas for Mercedes-Benz Vans.
Her first North American role came in 2017 as managing director of vans for Mercedes-Benz Canada.
Lambrechts will succeed Jee-Seop Kim, who took over as head of sales and marketing at Mercedes Benz Vans North America on Sept. 1. She will be based at the company’s Atlanta headquarters.
